Needs better loading logic

Add a few ifframeloaded clauses to the loading logic to make sure that the streaming has gotten to the next song before allowing the player to continue.

Meh, another code dump

Please explain your algorithms. And seriously, did you even test the car script? It is ridiculously easy to run the car into the wall.
I did see the two or so explain buttons, but seriously, the contents in them is laughable. I mean, do you expect me to not know what gotoAndStop does?
You should not explain the obvious, you should explain the algorithm so that people know wtf the script is doing.
And some of the code dumps where is such a small font I couldn't be bothered reading how bad those scripts where.

there was nothing wrong with the car code
it was just the way i made that car

i guess this tutorial is for people who have a brain and actually know a little about flash
you should of looked at some tutorial for new people then...

Stick to movie making

I mean, the intro movie is really good, but the game is just garbage. Please just stick to movie making, you are good at that.

Redicuolus controlls

The controlls in this game is garbage. The button pumping games are extremely easy to cheat, just hold both buttons down at the same time.
But this is not the worst part, no. The wort part is the movement, it is practically impossible to aim exactly enough to hit the hitzones.

Better then most tutorials

I do kinda like it, very skillfully done.
There is just one thing, the gotoAndPlay(1) part, that is old. Just stop the moiveclip (_root is one btw)
and add an event handler for the clip event "EnterFrame"
_root.onEnterFrame=function () {}
Also, it does say a few things about the submission if it doesn't use it's own preloader.

_root doesn't stop the movieclip. That stops the whole movie. _root.stop() is what the ng and my preloader use to stop the movie at the first frame.

I have to use the gotoAndPlay(1) to loop the movieclip so it will keep refreshing the actionscript until the whole movie is loaded, so it won't check the bytes loaded once and stop there. It keeps looping in frames 1 and 2 of the symbol until percent == 100, than it goes to frame loaded (playbutton)

High quality detective game

Superb plot, no glitches I could find (well, there wasn't anything that could cause them). Interesting characters that wasn't just the normal filler characters. A mystery that wasn't too hard, but still didn't feel too easy. Just don't keep it this easy, next time, go a bit more difficult.
The only thing that I felt was left undealt with was the little girl, perhaps in the next episode? The will be one, right?

Real inovative rythmgame

This is probably the most innovative rhythmgame I have seen, yet it is so easy to pick up and play!
The music selection was good.
Btw, I got into the top 100!

oh please, you couldn't even get the classic copy this script and you are a programmer tutorial concept right?
The visual design was a joke, I have seen bogers with more appealing design. Stuff was covering other stuff all over the place. The scripts was so hard to read that I won't even bother checking how stupid they are. Ffs, the demo you provided of the "rpg" (really platformer) script didn't even work properly, the guy just fell down.
How long did this take? 20 mins? Did you even write any code yourself?
Did you even test this even once before publishing it?

Solid RPG that got a great story

You man know how to make a RPG game.
But you could have a bit more clear about the skill assignment menu, without the help, would likely never have figured it out.
The help btw, while greatly written, needs hyperlinks, or just a clickable toc.
There was a thing that annoyed me, the random battles. Can you please add enemies on the map for all fights?
About the level design, the woman at the bridge tended to be in the way a little too often.
A small graphical glitch, the second character gets covered by the high grass, that does not look too good.
The story is excellent, but it comes with great responsibilities, now you need to finish the game or get hated.
But this is just minor, easily forgotten things, this game so good it beats several commercial games
The game overall is excellent, it is a master piece and shows how to do make RPGs.

Great, but way too easy

This game can't have been play tested a lot. The game is so easy to beat I hardly got a scratch in the hard mode. The stun times are way too long and never enough to give the cpu a chance to even attack once.
But beside that, this is a solid game, that is it's only flaw, everything else is of the highest quality.
But it would be nice to have a way to end practice mode...

Don't expect me to cut you any slack, I say what I feel. If I think that something was done wrong, I will tell you, with or without manners. Just don't dare using video for the wrong reasons or write a bad actionscript "tutorial", I am not kind on those.
