Good work, but slight implementation issues
Your preloader is broken, you should have that fixed, stuff is loading too early.
Also, the GUI was unstable, it kinda floated between a few pixels. That's not nice.
However, even with these issues, this is high quality work.

Kinda empty
You got the art, animation and sound effects down, but you need voices and music too! IT just felt too empty without them. Come on, is it that hard to find a good fight tune?
Way too big for the delivered content
Doing this properly would give a file with a greatly reduced filesize.
Also, the stupid noice was just stupid and pointless, don't do such a thing.
And the actual content was poor too. It barely is enough for a four panel comic. And it's not very fun either.

How about not ruining the quality by using video next time? Video sucks for Flash animations. Yes, those few video only effects was neat, but you did not have to use video for everything just because of that.

Not a bad concept
Maybe you should try correcting the workflow? Import the video from AE, don't export from Flash to AE, the art loses the vector parts and becomes crappy video.
My workflow is fine. SWF's dont lose any quality going into AE. Any loss of quality is due to me exporting it out as an FLV. Watch this video on my youtube and you'll see the difference in quality.
Exporting video out of Flash means I can't add any AE effects (which I did add to this), and the final render will have awful compression.
Trust me, I've done my research.
Entertaining
A very fun and entertaining way of complaining about an issue. There isn't anything that can be improved here.
Exceptional work
Not a single complaint here, everything was executed flawlessly, the story was good, it was exciting, trilling and unpredictable, yet logical.
The art was stylish, using a rare style that is seldom seen. The characters was nice looking, yet simple. The animation was flawless and smooth. The music really added to the movie and the voice work was outstanding.
This is the kind of quality you expect to have to pay for.

Excellent art, but the animation felt unnatural and somewhat jumpy. The direction/cuttin also could be improved, there was very small pauses. Keep trying, you seem to have talent.

Don't expect me to cut you any slack, I say what I feel. If I think that something was done wrong, I will tell you, with or without manners. Just don't dare using video for the wrong reasons or write a bad actionscript "tutorial", I am not kind on those.
